Practice Profile

Victor served his pupillage with Mr. Kenneth KY Lam, Mr. Martin Wong, Ms. Maggie Wong S.C. and Mr. Kenny Lin and joined QRC Chambers in 2024.

After obtaining his LLB and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong, Victor went on to complete an LLM at Cornell University with a focus in medical law.

Victor has a broad civil and commercial practice in court work as well as arbitration. Victor also provides written opinion to listed companies in Hong Kong on regulatory compliance.
